Crossville Area Scenes....
Fall Creek Falls State ParkThese 2 are from the back yard of what was my parent's home for 27 years....The Stonehaus WineryThe Sgt. Alvin C. York Home and Grist Mill
You know it's so easy to forget what beautiful sights inhabit this country of ours. Some of it I saw on family cross-country vacations but I was a child. Someday I hope G and I can do one ourselves. Your parents had quite a view from their home. XOXO
Oh, I love these vintage buildings, and especially the old Grist Mill. And what a view your folks had for 27 years. I see what I missed when I traveled on I-40 last year, and time allowed only stopping for gas. So glad to get the tour here. Quaint little town. You were one busy photographer! Thanks for sharing :-)
I was over in that area on the 23rd. We went over to Muddy Pond (I posted pics on my blog) Crossville is such a pretty area. We have camped over at Fall Creek Falls and at Rock Island many times. Great Pictures.
Ok, all of these pictures are amazing but the one that I am in awe of is the raised barn, way up on stone supports. Just lovely. I would love a place like this. So much to see and appreciate!
