Deep Thoughts

I am having a bit of blogger trouble tonight...just spent an hour writing a Fun For Friday post and watched it all refuse to publish. Can you say FRUSTRATION? I think you can.....anyhoo. I will try again tomorrow. Till then, stay well, take good care of yourselves and thank you for all the sweet and funny comments you left concerning our Tooth Fairy! Now, does the Tooth Fairy LIKE Bubble gum or not? This was a question Grace put before us tonight at dinner. Does she want kids to chew sugared gum and lose their teeth more quickly so she can gather them and make her own special brand of jewelry? Or does she want them to chew sugar free and preserve their pearly white baby teeth until nature takes them at just the right time? Oh my....such deep and thought provoking questions. Too deep for my poor addled brain.
See you all when the sun rises....sleep well!
Hugs,
Susie Q

Hi, I had to laugh on your previous post on the tooth fairy.

How about when the tooth fairy forgot to come and pick up the tooth and the nicely hand written note - get out of that one.

Our English tooth fairies take holidays on that occasion and when they returned they left double the expected amount...... sigh....

best wishes Ginny

Bubble gum huh? Poor Gracie. I don't think the REAL tooth fairy likes gum. But we sure do. Isn't the tooth fairy a dentist in disguise? HA

Ouch- every once in a while that happens to me at work. You are doing a report and it is completed and darn if it doesn't get lost. The do overs are a royal pain!

Hope to see you tonight.
Take care,
Love,
Terri

Sorry about the blogger trouble. Our tooth fairy left money and sometimes sugarless gum. I am NOT a big fan of gum...perhaps it's because of the way my family rudely chews it and poorly disposes of it.

I like your post regarding vatech. I wanted to say something but just couldn't seem to come up with the right words. You did and it was lovely.

I am glad the tooth fairy days are done, my daughter used to try and trick the tooth fairy all the time, just to see if she was real. Can you say she was skeptical lol!

have a great weekend :)

I was having blogger trouble yesterday, too (lately, it doesn't always recognize me as me!).

I so enjoyed the Tooth Fairy post and responses. I think everyone can relate!

Have a good weekend!

I don't know what causes Blogger to be a Booger sometimes...there for a while after this happened to me I would copy while in html and hold my breath...sometimes you can hit the "back" button and it will still be there...but I think ya gotta hold your tongue just right when ya do it!

Your dear Gracie is an absolute jewel! I'm sure you already knew that!

I keep encouraging my daughter to keep a record of "Gabi-isms". My little Miss Gabi, is true to her name. Children can have the greatest thoughts and ideas! I love it!

I've never had the gum/tooth fairie issue! Wish I had some "deep thoughts" to share!

Man, this blogger is sometimes so BAD! I gave up the other day...then came back later and it worked just fine. Who knows? I don't. Hope you have a less frustrating evening. Since I don't like gum of any kind, I'm afraid my answer to the question might be colored by my negative feel!

Oh, well!

Nice to meet you Susie Q and thanks for visiting me ACROSS THE POND. Can see we have a lot in common - perhaps because we're both Scorpio! Perusing your great blog has been fun this morning as I enjoy my coffee - in my mug with writing of course - and I do love your pics from your Amsterdam trip.
Looks like you win in the amount of interesting writing around your cottage - I'll have to post mine soon!
Looking forward to visiting you again.
