No Scary Surprises Here!

This October, I participated in sweet Pea's Halloween Swap. It was my very first swap and what fun it was! I not only received lots of goodies but got to know a new blog friend in the process! My box o' surprises came from dear Connie from Serious Mumbo Jumbo. Don't you just love her blog's name? See the sweet box above? My goodies arrived inside this sweet package! The box was a gift all in itself! Connie included the cutest card she made herself! See the adorable bat under the card? It is a pot holder! How cool is that? Kitchen towels and note pads and books and candles and Fall decor and Halloween fun! And even more wonderful goodies! You can see that Grace made wonderful use of the delicious orange nail color and nail adornments! Now, guess whose toes are being painted even as I type? Hmmmm? Thank you Connie!! YOU helped to make our Halloween such fun! My swap recipient was none other than Pea herself! I had such fun making up a package just for her but, as of yet, she has not received it. Of course, I am a worrier but, instead of coming all unglued over it, Grace told me to make a wish and the fairies would help it get there soon. So....here goes....sprinkling a little fairy dust....a wave of a magic wand....P.O.O.F.! Let's hope that the package will be on Pea's front porch very soon! Have a sweet and safe Friday!

Wow, surprises galore! Grace, what lovely toes you have...I love the banner with the truck and I love your bunny...I intend to adopt a "pet" but won't be a bunny, much as I love them, don't want to copy cat you...I was thinking a wolf...

Nice box of treats. Tell Gracie that Aunt Terri (the other Aunt Terri) loves her toes.

Also love the song with Kelley Smith and Louie Prima. My mom ALWAYS played his music at home-hence-Italian music man :)

Take care,
Love,
Terri

PS I am home now-I guess you figured that :)

Leave it to dear Connie to send you such a wonderful Halloween package, she truly is the best:-) Still no sign of your parcel but let's not panic yet, it usually takes from 2 to 3 weeks for parcels to get here from the States...as you said, I think they still use Pony Express! lol I'm holding my breath until everyone receives their parcels and then I'll be able to declare that my Halloween Swap was a success:-)xoxo
