I Stink, I Stank, I Stunk....

....and forgot to send a birthday wish to a special someone. An adorable little man turned 5 the other day. New Year's Day to be exact. I could ask his forgiveness for not posting about that by saying I have been snorting and hacking and wheezing. Some how the images this apology conjures up are not too pleasant like. I could blame age and menopause but he would just look at me with those great big eyes and say, "Who has mean old paws?" So let's just say I was silly and forgetful and will now attempt to make amends. 5 years ago, on New year's Day, a boy called Stink came into this world. Oh how cute he was...even cuter than Brian Dennehy. Well, almost. And gosh did he make his Mama and Papa happy. Still does. So, hop on over to Mama P's and wish her little stinker a happy one! Oh, and Stink? I wanted to get you a Scooby balloon. Do you think this one is big enough?
Love and Hugs, Susie Q

Happy Birthday, Stink! Susie: It is 61 degrees here in western PA on Jan 7 and I can't help but remember your Mother Nature Hot Flash post awhile back. I think it's happening again despite her hormone replacement therapy.

AAAAAAAAAAACKKKKKKKKK! I love it! But I'm scared to show it to Stink, because all I'll hear is:

1. Why have I never met Scooby?

2. Can you get me that balloon soon?

3. Why is Scooby on strings? Is that your dental floss? How come he gets it and I don't?

YOU ROCK.

Dearest SusieQ - I am here laid up with a sprained ankle and suddenly I seem to now have all this time on my hands to explore the blogging world. To my pure and total delight I was sent to your blog by Frumpmama. I adore your pictures and thank you so much for sharing. Seriously. I was sad when I got to the end of the page. I think your house DOES look like it's out of a magazine and you made feel fun and welcome. I will follow your advice and be kind to myself by bookmarking your blog and coming back to visit!

Hey Susie Q, I am sorry you have been sick. I have been working a lot lately on my website and haven't gotten around to see my special blogging friends as much as I would like. That should change soon. Love the balloon. xo Lynn
