Giving Thanks...

...and giggling a lot. There was a lot of laughter as we went over the river and through the woods to Grandmother's condo we flew. Uh huh. Mom decided that she was up to cooking the turkey and mashing all of those potatoes. Lisa and I each took a few dishes and desserts and we gathered at Mom's. There were begging dogs and giggling girls and silly Dads and content Moms. Just the way there should be on Thanksgiving I guess. Grace had a terrible case of the giggles all day! The old man of the family always carves the turkey right? Hey Bill! Why are you doing...oh. You ARE the old man of the family! Right....never mind. Now Abby...you know you will get a bite don't you? A little turkey never hurt any dog. Kip told me so. Grandma, Grace and Olivia... Dan's sweatshirt says, "I am famous in South Korea!" Gee Dad, I will get you for this! Aunt Sue! Hand me ALL the sales papers. I have to plan my attack for Black Friday! First I will hit Best Buy, then tackle Macy's...then it is Toys R Us! Or wait...maybe I will start at Toys R Us...hmmm...open at 4 am. I am SO there. I need one of these...and one of those...and two of this...one of that... Boo was one happy man all day! Here is a bye bye kiss for you Grandma. I gotta get to bed. 4 am comes mighty early and I have a date with Toys R Us! I hope your Thanksgiving was a sweet one. Enjoy your weekend dear friends.

It looks like you guys had a great time. Your Mom looks wonderful! Boo is adorable, and Grace is so sweet. If your like me, when you get together with family, you realize how many things you have to be thankful for in your life. I know I did that this Thanksgiving. :)

Sue,

Looks like a good time was had by all!! Your Mom looks well and I can almost hear the giggles. No giggles here with just boys here, but last night I could hear Bob's wonderful "dirty old man" laugh (that's what I all it) all over the house as he was watching "Christmas Vacation". Let the merrymaking begin :>).

Hi Sue, I'm catching up with blog posts today. Sorry I've been absent for a while, but it was great reading all about what you've been doing lately! Glad to see everyone having such a great Thanksgiving! I'm like you.. I try to see the good of everything, and be grateful for the things I have, instead of complaining about the things I DON'T have! I'm happy to see your mom looking so well, and glad to see she recuperated so nicely and that you were able to spend Thanksgiving together! Boo looks great, and I hope he found so some deals on Black Friday!! lol
Your Niagra Falls pics are just lovely; I felt like I was right there! The girls all looks like they had such a great time! :)
