Hey Sweet Lady, I had time to do a little catching up and of course enjoyed my visit as much as ever.
Thanks for stopping by and leaving your kind get well wishes. You are appreciated. Isn't it sweet that you knew Beau Bunny before he was famous (even if it's just a tiny bit, he likes it.) Hugs, Donna
I love Harvey Korman. He and Tim Conway made a great comic team - their skits on the Carol Burnett Show brought me many, many hours of laughter. I STILL laugh at their gags today. Just good, plain, fun comedy.
I think Harvey trying to keep a straight face was the funniest part. I miss the Carol Burnett show and laughing at the zaniness of it all. Why did TV have to become so "sophisticated"? And I really don't understand the intrigue of Reality TV ( except decorating shows, of course).
Hey, Mz Susie! Those were the good ole days of Carol Burnett & real comedy & entertainment. Oh, have we slid down the slippery slope of bad TV these days.
I am so sorry you got your feelings hurt on RMS. The more I read about that place, the uglier it seems. I know there have been whole bands of girls over there who have joined together against the nasties & it just convinces me to stay far, far away from it. Too much ugliness for me! You are such a sweet lady and I just know sitting in your house would be like sitting with an old friend.
AND, I am really jealous of your photography skills. I'm so glad I found your Flickr pages (thanks for adding me as your friend). You are VERY talented with that camera & I just may have to ask you for some pointers!
Oh my mom just told me on an email! I loved Harvey...my parents use to let me stay up on Saturday nights to watch the Carol Burnett show and he was just wonderful.
I too think Harvey Korman trying to keep a straight face during the comedy sketches on the Carol Burnett show were the funniest part of the sketch. I always found myself cracking up with him.
Laugh and the world laughs with you...he will be missed but the wonderful memories remain.
As Mr. Korman was one of my very favorite people, I was saddened by his death last week. Even tho he was old and it was time to go, I will miss him. Bill and I never missed The C. B. show because we loved her and Tim and Harvey....sooo funny! bj

Carol Burnett show was always one of my favorites. Harvey will certainly be missed. He was one of the greats.
Oh, man ... I am laughing so hard, just REMEMBERING that skit, not even hitting the play button!
I loved Harvey Korman and Tim Conway. They were such classic comedians. They don't make them like that any more.
They'll never be another one like him. What a loss.
Hugs!
