Hello. My Name Is Susie Q And I'm A Monkey. What Are You?

And this little guy is not happy about that AT all!
I was born in 1956 so that makes me a monkey! Sounds about right doesn't it? Several of you have asked how you could find out what animal you were born under according to the Chinese calendar. Here is a site, created for elementary school teachers and children, that will tell you what you desperately desire to discover. Okay, so desperate is a bit of a stretch but I know you are itching to find out if you are a monkey, a rat, a horse or a pig...right? Just click on this link:
Apples For The Teacher.com On that note I should add that Brian Dennehy is a tiger...but that did not surprise me in the least. Ahem... Now, you go out there and have a wonderful weekend okay? I will just be here monkeying around...get it? Monkeying around...see? I am a monkey so I will be monkeying...um. Oh. Never mind. Love and hugs, Susie Q

I'm a dragon, which I should've remembered because we look at the placemats with the Chinese zodiac on them every time we go for Chinese food.

It says I'd make a good talk show host - and you wouldn't believe how much I can talk.

Or maybe you can.

Doesn't that monkey have the brightest, most perfect white teeth! I'd like to meet his dentist. :)

Well good morning you little monkey you! hehe I was born the year of the Rooster so "cock-a-doodle-do to you:-) I've just caught up with your last few posts...I was so busy there for a while with redecorating my computer room, I'm afraid my blog visiting suffered dearly. I've missed you all so much!! I want to go to a Jungle Jim store...omigosh how fascinating is that place?!! As for feeling down about everything at times, just know that you're not alone...I think a lot of us go through that at one time or another. Sending you biggggg hugs!! Love you! xoxox

And such a precious lovely monkey you are, too...couldn't you smile for the camera without showing so many teeth? I was born in the Year of the Rat which my sister never gets tired of saying, like it's a bad thing! Poor stupid sister. No wonder I like the sisters I picked for myself better! You can only be called a Rat so many times in your life before it becomes annoying. Can you tell me what year the kids were born (as in what calandar year animal). How funny that my mother looked all that up for us when we were children...she also was fascinated with China.
hugs you little monkey you

that IS ONE SCARY monkey. You are a much sweeter monkey than that one. You should have put one of those sock monkeys up there. The one with the smile, and the cuddles.

Nah....don't think I'll go there because I'll probably find out I am a snake or something and that would totally blow me away. Monkeys are fun though. xo Lynn

Okay, so I blatantly plagiarized BUT, I gave you credit and sent some friends to check out the link. Of course we have many of the same friends because we are both fun, energetic and very hip foxes. Do you remember Steve Martin in those plaid pants??

P.S. It is only a non sequiter if you don't know to what I refer :>)

Brian and I are both tigers, grrrrrr, but hey, I'm not after your guy. There is a code of honor here, you know! Where in the world did you find that pic of a monkey? He sure is a disgruntled dude! Have a good Sunday, SusieQ

I'm a dragon too, though somehow I can't see myself as a talk-show host or diplomat. Artist, maybe. :-) Then again, I'm a water dragon, sort of a contradiction in terms!
