Oh, the Goodbye Girl. I love it. I could watch it over and over...that and Tootsie...why I wonder? I remember the first time I saw Richard Dreyfuss, it was in Midnight Cowboy and I was a young sheltered Catholic Girl out on a date with a sailor and I just knew Mama could see me hearing that ugly talk in that movie...isn't it amazing what powers we ascribe to our mothers? I made him take me straight home! He decided that night he was going to marry me, lol. Wow, do I ramble or what? hugs Sandi
Oh Man...I need to rent that movie again! I forgot all about it. I love Richard Dreyfuss. Mr Hollands Opus I think was my favorite of his. Thanks Susie! Hugs, Penny
Gosh, I remember the first time I saw The Goodbye Girl:-) Richard Dreyfuss has always been a favourite of mine and I've always liked Marsha Mason as well. Omigosh, Sue, how I would have loved to go into that shop with you and Grace...sooo many goodies, sooo little time! hehe xoxo
Oh Susie Q! The Goodbye Girl is by far my VERY VERY VERY favorite movie of all time. I own the movie. I can almost quote every line. And my 26 year old daughter can too. She grew up watching it with me and loves it too. My second one is Chapter Two. Another oldie, but goodie.
**Shhhh!** You are invited to a SURPRISE BLOGGY BIRTHDAY PARTY for kari this Wednesday, Feb 20. She is turning 40!!!
I would love for you to stop by the party on Wednesday to surprise (hopefully!) the birthday girl, enjoy a bite of cake, sprinkle a little of your magic birthday dust, and check out the party favor giveaway!
One of my favorites too, Sue! Marsha, is a STL girl!
I love Richard Dreyfuss in anything I've ever seen him in. He was in The Graduate...standing outside a door, with a group of other guys. He had one line. I wonder if that was his screen debut.

Are you decent?
Yes.
GASP. YOU ARE NAKED!
You didn't ask if I was naked .... You asked if I was decent.
Be careful what you ask for!!! ha.
I saw it SO LONG AGO that THAT scene is the only scene I remember.
Now ... excuse me while I go walk around my bedroom in my birthday suit covered strategically by this guitar.
Sue,
Love your Irish decorating! Thanks for stopping by with prayers for Aaron.
Hugs,
Sue

There's an old one!
But it's not my favorite. In fact, I wonder if I could pick a fav...
But I think I'd have to have one Sandy Bullock one, in the top 5. :-)
Mmmm, be you Irish, perhaps, my Fine Lass? You did go all out with the Green here. So cute!!!
Mari-Nanci
Love how you made the change--before everyone--to green for St Pat's! The blog looks great! And, I love this movie!
I've never seen this....
I don't know how to turn your music off when I watch the videos.
My favorite really is While You Were Sleeping. I get it out of the cupboard and watch it at least once a year.
