In the spirit of, and tribute to, Hooked On Houses, I am showcasing a wee cottage, a quirky little place that is for sale in a town near us. Oakwood is one of my favorite spots to drive through and *peek*. This home is offered at a paltry $1,700,000. So, um, if your significant other, your mother or your brother has no idea what to get you for Christmas, well, would this fill the bill?
