Christmas Comes To Rabbit Run Once Again...

Welcome to our little spot in the world, Rabbit Run Cottage...nothing fancy mind you, but it's warm and cozy. Oh, and there's hot chocolate on the stove and a plate of cookies just waiting for you!

While I get your little snack ready, take a peek around...

Yes, the dining room houses a few snowmen each December...

...and a rabbit that fancies himself a jolly old elf.

A staircase set aglow...

A small kitchen tree, set into an old milk can & decorated with
vintage cookie cutters, tiny spatterware, wee cooking implements and other fun trinkets.

A pig who knows what he wants in his stocking!

Well...there is a lot more to see but for now, let's get comfy, talk about what you've been up to this holiday season and have our snack...

I hope you like the cookies...let me get your hot chocolate...how many marshmallows would you like?

...and always remember you are most welcome to visit us any time at Rabbit Run Cottage!

Love and Hugs,
Susie Q

Hi Sue :)

I've looked forward to your house at Christmas every year I've known you (I think it's been 4 years now!). As always it's perfect. Julia said on my blog that some houses just seem to be made for the holidays and I'm passing the compliment onto you my sweet friend :)

Many hugs and love,

Everything looks wonderful, and I'm so glad Christmas has come to your house. Thanks for sharing it with us. I'm inspired to go dig in our attic - I know we have some darling kid's kitchen utensils from the 1970s that would be cute on a kitchen tree like yours. I haven't thought about those for years. Take care, Sally

I always look forward to seeing how you decorate Sue! I clicked on all the pictures for a better look:>) I have been chained to my sewing machine working on quilts for the girls. I don't even have my tree yet! I have never gone this long before getting the tree in. my. life. I think we are going to get it Monday. The dining room is still empty from the plasterers fixing the ceiling. Good thing I can enjoy your decor, becasue mine just isnt happening!
