A Few Photos...

I just wanted to post a few pictures to share with you...we had such a wonderful week at the Gulf Shores. We shared our week with 5 other families from our China adoption group...people we love and care for so much. It was such a treat to see them all again (We try to have a reunion each year with as many of the thirteen familes as can come) and watch the girls (and one boy!) grow and change. Mom went along with us and enjoyed herself too. I am so glad she was able to be with us. It made the trip extra special. Here is Mom kicking back in our condo!
Our Grace digging into some tasty crab legs!
Grace and Emma riding the waves...
Mark & Susan watching their Mia ride a wave all by herself!
Mark being buried in sand by his wife (Susan), his daughter (Mia) and
another of our special girls, Olivia!
Bill and Grace having fun...
More to come...I didn't want to make you TOO sick of vacation shots all at once! *laugh*
Love & Hugs,
Susie Q

Hey, hey Susie Q., your beach photos look fabulous dahlin'. And I especially loved that fabulous one of the flag. So glad you loved the fan...me too! I love every thing I sell...sometimes I love them so much I don't sell them! (grin) You will love that ice cream maker. I have had my maker for like 15 years and never used it. For some reason I pulled it out this summer and I can't get enough of making ice cream. We have done a lot of experimenting. I tried using skim milk and half and half but the real cream and milk makes the best! We did a mango sorbet one night which was especially tasty. okay...now I'm hungry! xo Lynn

Beautifully photographed! Several of them looked as if they belonged in a travel brochure, Suze... I'm glad grandma got to go and is feeling much better. Can't wait to hear all about it. We can have a few bad juans, if you want....LOL

Great pictures. I love them all. The one of the American flag was especially touching for some reason, though. Very nicely done. :)

I'm not a beach person, but it sure looked like you all had fun. Such a great idea that the families get together making memories. Sally

Beautiful photos! The water and sky so blue! It's so nice your Mom was able to go along for such a nice occasion. My Mom is 87 and I've been caring for her this summer too.

My dtr's BFF was adopted from China and turns 12 in Oct. Probably about Grace's age. We heart her so. Don't know if her family does any of the reunion type of events. It's nice that you keep up with those connections.
