Welcome Winston!

We have a new member in our family!

Welcome Winston!

Win was adopted from a local rescue agency. He is almost a year old, a mix of Corgi and Cairn Terrier.
He is very loving, gentle and sweet. He loves the cats but they are still not too sure of him! Henry is coming around quickly however! Lucy will be the tougher sell!
We will miss Kipper forever but Winston is bringing so much energy back into our home. Energy and puppy kisses aplenty!

We are enjoying a sweet, slow day today. What a way to welcome February! Ice and snow have descended on us, as they have on many of you too! Danny's workplace closed as did the base so Bill is home too! No school in session either so Grace is happy!
We are all hunkered down and enjoying a free day together!

I hope each of you is staying warm and safe. Blessings to you all!

*Oh, and his favorite toy seems to be a little brown, squeaky bunny!
How appropriate for the new dog in charge at Rabbit Run Cottage!

Love the new "look" Sue, very refined :)

Winston looks like he is fitting in just fine and I know Kip is happy for you and the new addition. More snow here and then the sleet and freezing rain tomorrow, hoping and praying to get out on Friday for the trip. Even though I scheduled the two days in Florida as "just in case" days, I was looking forward to them as much as the cruise.

Later,
Janet

Each of our sweet furry family members brings his or her own special quality into the collective mix. Kipper will remain always to be his special self, and I'm sure he love that you've found another sweet boy to share your lives. He wouldn't want you to be "alone."

Welcome, Winston! Joey, Sammy, Jazmyn, Max, and Lolita send their love, knowing that being a "rescue" holds a very special, priviledged status!

Congratulations on the new addition to your family! I hope Winston has many happy years with you. He looks like a real sweetie. I know there was a Kipper-sized hole in your family, I think filling it with Winston is a win-win!

What a handsome guy! He's in hog heaven...or should I say bunny heaven. LOL I think it's kinda nice that you're all snowed in for a few days so let the bonding begin!

Winston is gorgeous. What a lucky fellow to have found his forever home with you. I'm sure the cats will come around soon. I know he is going to bring much joy to you and your family. And Kipper is smiling down on you all, know that you have joy in your heart with Winston.

Winston is such a charmer. I'm waiting for the time when Mandy and Tabbie get along together. Right now Mandy thinks the cat is a big chew toy.
Winston is such a blessed dog to be adopted by such a loving family. I'm sure he will bring you joy for many many years to come and vice versa. ((Hugs))

Welcome to Winston! He's such a handsome looking dog and already appears to be a loyal friend.

Thanks for stopping by my blog Sue! You were so lucky to live in SF for a few months ... I love that city.

Hope you are doing well with all the snow we've all been having this winter. Looking forward to SPRING!
