A Winter's Day

Such a beautiful day, oh so cold but sunny and bright. This is the sunset that greeted me as I looked out of my front door this evening. Such a soul warming sight!
Thank you to each one of my blogger friend for your sweet comments about our *stuff* filled cottage. I did not "stage" any of the photos so it was what it is! Huh? Oh, You know what I mean...right?
It is ours, it is cozy and we love being here. Even if the rabbits are taking over!
I apologize for being so out of the loop of late. Grace had a snow day on Friday so we had a 4 day weekend to be together. All of us had lots of fun but it left no computer time at all. I will be popping in to visit with each of you soon. Until then, please know I am thinking about you, wishing you a sweet Wednesday.
Love and Hugs,
Susie Q

Miss Grace must have been very happy to have 4 whole days off from school...It is freezing here too, I just took out Boo and it's probably 10 with the wind chill...I thought of you last night. We rented from the Red Box the new Al Pacino/Robert Diniro movie and low and behold Brian was in it....sorry Sue, but the man is getting awfully old.....

Greetings to a fellow Daytonian! I live south of town, in Washington Township. I have only recently discovered blogs and you are on my list of favs because I enjoy your posts and pics. Hope to design one of my own in the near future. But first, I have to finish some projects around the house- they are seemingly endless!

Another Sue :)

Now that's what I call a perfect sunset, how breathtaking! Don't you worry about blogging, it's much more important that you spend time with your loved ones:-) xoxo

A beautiful sunset! Too many trees around my house to see much of the sky at sunset. Occasionally, I've gone to the gulf (about 20 miles away) to see the sunset there. It's spectacular! Have a great day. ((Hugs))

The colors in your sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. I love when you post pictures of them. But you know I love all your posts. You take all the time you need. My blog will be there when you get there.

What a gorgeous photo....I saw a sunset like that about a week ago but I was driving home in rush hour traffic and didn't have my camera with me. If I HAD, I would have at least tried to snap a shot because it was just incredible! By the time I made it home, the sun had gone down TOO far, so I'm glad you shared yours with us.

You take the most beautiful pictures! They're just breath-taking.
Our kids just had a 4-day weekend too. They were off Monday for MLK day, and the friday before just because it was end of finals week/first semester. They DO enjoy their days off!

A 4 day weekend, must have been so nice.
Just checking in, I have been a bad blogger lately myself.
Too busy!
Hope you are having a great day!

I loved snow days when my kids were younger - any excuse to have them home :-)Your sunset view is spectacular!

Lovely sunset.
You have to see the sun to have one right?
That explains why we haven't seen one of late...lol

Beautiful sunset, Sue!!

I've been a tad out of the loop, lately too. Whether winter blahs or busy busy busy...I think a bit of both for me. I'm trying to catch up. We leave for home tomorrow. We have appointments next week. Hoping to blog hop between! Then perhaps we'll get back to the lake.
