Sweet Summer Day

As always, each photo can be enlarged by clicking on it...
Recently I spent a few sweet hours at Cox Arboretum, part of Dayton's wonderful Five Rivers Metro Park system. I shared the day with Grace, her BFF, Miss Kelly and the talented
Sara . If you have yet to meet Sara,
hop on over and say hello! She is one heck of a great shutterbug! We had a great time walking, chatting and snapping photos. She features her work on her blog and I know you will enjoy it!
It was a lovely day, not TOO warm, low humidity and lots of warm, bright sunshine. The perfect sweet, Summer day!
I am sorry to be such a bad blogger again but I have been watching my nephew this week and Grace has been in Summer Strings and softball tournaments! But I will be by to see you soon! Look for me! *smile*
My love to each one of you...have a safe and happy weekend.
Love and Hugs,
Susie Q

What a beautiful place, your photos are picture perfect! They took my breath away.
Boy did you make me laugh at poor little kipper's Vet story. Don't tell him I laughed O.K.
I do think the ice cream helped him feel much better, I know it makes me feel better.
Take care and enjoy your weekend,
Elizabeth

Awesome photo's Sue.
I need to learn to do a little photoshoping to liven mine up a notch!! One of these days i MIGHT find the time to do it.
Right now, I am taking a break from mowing the dreaded hill here at the shop! John doesn't pay me enough on days like this.
Take care and tell the family Hi!!

That 4th picture down of the huge evergreen and its reflection is amazing. Don't you have a contest you can enter it in - you'll win, for sure. I hope you don't laugh every time you see my photos - I don't have the equipment, patience, or talent to do the amazing things you do with a camera. Take care, Sally

Hi dear! Yes, those photos are stunning! It looks like a great time was had by all. By the way, how is Kipper? Hope he's eaten all the ice cream he desires...lol!

I'm sitting here with hot rollers in my hair trying to decide if I should go and eat dinner at a restaurant alone or just pick up some Chinese.....DH is working late today..drats! I can't make up my mind.

Big hugs,
Deanna :D

Hi Sue, I just about forgot to comment here. I was following Sara's trail and on and on I went.

Thank you for your well wishes back when I was sick. I am here only because of God's mercy. I almost died four times. I am so thankful that I am doing well.

My computer has been sick also but now we are all better.

I just wanted to say that I always love reading your blog so please be encouraged. I love your beautiful blue eyes.....I was down at the bottom of your blog and reading some from past days.

Keep up the good work and keep on blogging.

Blessings,
Cheryl

Beautiful photos Sue and such pretty girls. Love the Vera backpacks!!!

I haven't been much of a blogger lately with being busy and having computer issues. I'm seeing comments about Kip and the Vet...looks like I need to read your prior posts.

Hope all is well with you and Kipper too. Hugs, Andi

she certainly DOES have a camera -- and you're sure figuring out how to make the best use of it too.

If it wasn't for the photo of Grace, I think I'd like the cloud reflection best of all.

I know it's a little wrong of me to be jealous of their backpacks. I'll repent accordingly.

Great day of fun for Miss G and her BFF.

Wonderful pictures as usual...you are a very talented lady. The girls are gorgeous as usual also. My only beef with the whole blog is.......quit apologizing for not doing one. You are one of the most busiest people I know. And when you blog it's well worth the wait.

Now that's the type of place I love visiting myself! Such a beautiful place and I love every picture you took. I could sit there all day long just admiring the scenery and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Dear Sue, there's no such thing as a bad blogger, just a busy one:-) xoxo
