A sweet idea...so easy & so dear for your Valentine's Day table!
You will need:
Absorbent floral foam block
Tea cups
Roses or any favorite flowers or a mix of both
Greenery, such as seeded eucalyptus or green ivy
Ribbon
1. Soak form thoroughly in water. Cut form into pieces to fit into teacups.
2. Cut roses/flowers very short so they rest on top of foam. Insert stems of roses and greenery into foam.
3. Arrange teacups on center of table. Weave ribbon loosely through teacups. Add Ivy or additional roses and petals and you have a romantic and oh so sweet touch for anywhere in your home.
What about adding a delicate hankie & an old piece of jewelry to each arrangement? I know how creative all of you are! You could also use a beloved old tea pot. Just imagine the possibilities!

I just spent a few minutes catching up. Wonderful, as usual!

These are so beautiful, and it wouldnt break the bank to fill a teacup with roses!
I filled teacups with sweetheart roses for one of Ashley's showers last year. All the teacups belonged to her great grandmother. SO special!
I have seen these before, but forgot. Thanks for the reminder.
Darling idea. I am welcoming home a friend (who was staying with her little boy) from the hospital today. What a fun way to bring a bouquet.
Omigosh, what a fabulous idea! I have a vintage teapot that I could use as the vase, it would be perfect to make an arrangement like that in!! Next time I go shopping I'm going to buy what I need:-) xoxo
So cute....Grace's package is in the mail....well, it's actually coming Fedex...should be to her Saturday or Monday...
So lovely!
Long ago, when my older kids were little, I worked at Mothers Morning Out at our church part time, and one of the moms gave me that very thing! I still enjoy looking at my china cup of dried rosebuds!
Oh My those are pretty! I adore flowers in teacups, and teapots. ♥
How sweet and cute!!

A wonderful idea!! Now, if I wasn't so frugal - I never buy flowers - just wait until I can cut them from my yard. Take care, Sally
Hi! Love the flowers in the tea cups, they are really lovely.
Way back in June 2000 I planted little flowering white impatiens plants in old thrift-shop sugar bowls as table centerpieces for a tea party at a hotel. Old sugar bowls are often large, and available for just a buck or two without their lids, so partnered with plants from a flat, they were a dirt cheap (haha) way of personalizing a big hotel setting.
Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving such lovely comments; please come back, and I would be honored to be on your blog roll! Thanks! All the best -- Cass
How pretty! And perfect decoration for a spring tea party!
