Who would have thunk it? I am in love with my new floor! We got wood floors for our dining room, foyer and hall and yes. I am in love...uh huh. Enamoured, besotted, tingling with joy! Now I just have to finish saving up to have the same floors put into the living room!
I love how it makes the space look so much bigger! Clean and fresh...I love it!
I know it's just a tiny thing in comparison with the amazing house projects I see in blog world but I am tickled pink!

oh my, you have a lovey home and the floors are beautiful! When we put cherry floors in the first comment my mom made was "buy a dust mop, you will need it" and she was right, especially if you have a cat! But to me it is worth the trouble:)

Your new wood floors are gorgeous!! Our home has wood floors too. That was a must for me when we were buying. (I'm not a wall to wall carpet person... probably because I grew up where the weather was warmer and everyone had wood or tile floors.)

Lovely! I loved the old hardwood floors in my old house, and I'm very thankful my new house has them (although not quite so "vintage" as before.) Beautiful job!
