A Public Service Announcement From Kipper

Please join my organization, "Stopping Pet Mommies Like My Mom Who Think Silly Pink Shirts Are Cute On Dogs Because They Are Not, They Are Bad And I Don't Like 'Em.".
Together dudes we can ban the use of sissy shirts and hats on all dogs, all the time, all over the world! Or, at the very least, ban the use of them on ME!
This has been a public service announcement from your friend Kipper.

  3. I am guilty of this!!!! I dress my little poodle all the time. I think she likes it though. When she sees me coming with her sweater she lays on her back. ;)

  4. I vote with The Kip, chick!! NO leprechaun shirts, but the pink ain't so bad, honey! Kip, get serious and try to touch in to your feminine side. Pink ain't just for chicks, ya know, chick......uhhhh, I mean, dog!! xoxo,

  5. But Kipper, you look so cute!
Tanner the Slobber Dog says just to go ahead and pee on it, like he does. Then she'll take it off of you.

  6. Ummm Kipper.....I hate to break this to you buddy. But you look dang cute in that shirt. And I hope your mommy finds a really cute green one for St. Paddy's day! I think dogs should LIKE to get dressed up. And they should be grateful to their nice mommies for taking the time to shop for them. Now go be a good doggie and pose pretty for the camera!

  7. I'm kind of with Kipper on this one!! Like I have told Nikki - Mommy needs a grandbaby to dress!! Guess that's a little premature in your household, though! Go ahead buy Kip a green shirt - one in which he doesn't need to get in touch with his feminine side. He should like St. Pat's Day as it is a more hunky holiday!! Sally

  8. Hey Kipper, one bit of advice: don't hang out at the dog park in this shirt; you will never live it down.

The person who did this to you? I would leave something in her shoe....

Best wishes from your new pal,
    Dion DiPoochy,
resident dog at That Old House

  11. Hey Kipper! You look like a cool dude. Don't you know only REAL guys wear pink!

  12. Kip, dude, if you were a girl I'd say it was ok to dress you in pink. But since you are a dude I agree with you. No Pink! Have to say though, Kipper O'Dude, that you would look excellent wearing green with your coloring. xxoo

  13. Kipper, I can't support you on this. "Mommie" will take away my weekly pampering at the spa and all my treats if I don't wear my outfits. Anyway, I think you look real sweet. woof woof Love, Trixie

  14. I'm sorry Kip, but pink shirts mean your Mommy loves you!

    adores, even.

So, be grateful you have a family who loves you, and seriously ... I'm thinking it ups the attraction factor ... you're gonna be getting all kinds of dates in that pink shirt.

Perhaps for St. Patty's you could wear one of those St. Bernard collars and offer to pour drinks for new "friends"...?

  18. Sorry Kip, I can't join that organization, because I'm guilty of the exact same thing! I love dressing Lovey and Penny up in cute little outfits for holidays!
And they're such good sports about it!
P.S. - Lovey and Penny said you look so cute in your shirt, and the three of you should all parade around and show off a little! :)

  27. But pink becomes you so Kipper. I bet you turn heads in your cute little outfits.

Hi Susie Q from another Susie Q. I've been a long time away from blogging. I'm trying to get back into it without it soaking up so much of my time. Stop by when you get a chance. Got a story started about zucchini.

  30. Bully says sign him up as a Charter Member of your organization Kiper.

The first Christmas when Bully was a puppy we put a little sweater on him and then proceeded to laugh our heads off as he walked around like he was in a little "Bully straight jacket"...it really was funny.
