Ooh...So Good.

A sweet treat for the 4th of July! Pretty too!
Mixed Berries With Limoncello
4 cups mixed berries (like strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries) 2 tablespoons Limoncello 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss to combine. Serve in individual serving dishes.

    Those berries look so good! I have a huge list of things to cook and bake to take up north for the 4th. Maybe I'll just mix up a big bowl of berries and call it good. So simple but delicious.

  6. I had my first taste of Limoncello last July 2nd while my husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary in Italy. It became our drink of choice last summer, I have to make this!!
